Since being elected Attorney General in 1992, General McGraw has returned over $1.9 billion dollars to West Virginia and its citizens for violations of the State’s consumer protection act and antitrust laws. He has used the power of his office to stop the erosion of citizens’ rights.

Fran Hughes is currently the Chief Deputy Attorney General. Ms. Hughes is responsible for all management and supervision relating to the provision of legal services for the State of West Virginia.
