WV Supreme Court Grants AG's Office Appeal In TeleCheck CaseSeptember 6, 2002 WV Supreme Court Grants Attorney General's Appeal In TeleCheck Case On September 4, 2002, the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals voted 3-2 to hear the Attorney General's petition for appeal in the case of State ex rel. Darrell McGraw v. TeleCheck Services, Inc., et al., Supreme Court No. 020373. The Attorney General appealed from an order entered by the Circuit Court of Kanawha County on May 10, 2001, denying the State's request for a temporary injunction against TeleCheck. As a result of this action, the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals will review the lower court's ruling and decide whether to uphold or reverse the ruling. | |
